We are a growing ABA provider expanding services in Lake County, Illinois, dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized behavioral health care to children and families in their homes. Our team focuses on evidence-based treatment, compassionate care, and empowering families through hands-on support in natural environments.

Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will oversee the clinical delivery of ABA services for children in home and community-based settings. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs while working closely with families to ensure effective implementation of services in the home.

The ideal candidate is a Master’s-level clinician who is passionate about family-centered care and comfortable working in a field-based environment across Lake County.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments in the home setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide in-home supervision and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment plans to support client progress
  • Deliver parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization and carryover
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation (insurance and regulatory standards)
  • Travel throughout Lake County, IL to provide in-home services and supervision
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers as appropriate
  • Ensure services align with BCBA standards and Illinois Medicaid/commercial payer requirements
  • Support program development and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field (required)
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible to practice in the state of Illinois
  • Minimum 1–2+ years of ABA experience (in-home or community-based preferred)
  • Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally within Lake County
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in in-home ABA settings
  • Familiarity with Illinois Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation requirements
  • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
