BCBA Center and Home Based
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate BCBA to join our team at Yellow Bus ABA. As a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, designing curriculum and behavioral plans, and reporting client progress. Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians
- Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
- Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
- Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis
- Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification
- NYS LBA
- Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress and growth
- Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Committed to working full-time
- Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development

Salary Range:
- $80,000 - $125,000 annually
