Clinical Social Worker

InGenesis is currently seeking a Social Worker to work with our client in Coxsackie, NY. In this role, you will be working in the Office of Mental Health, Coxsackie Residential Mental Health Unit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to patients
• Complete and maintain required clinical documentation in accordance with OMH policies and procedures, including:
• Core Histories
• Suicide and risk assessments
• Treatment plans and discharge plans
• Weekly and monthly progress notes
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Support patient care in a forensic mental health setting
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (required)
• Ability to work in a secure, forensic mental health environment
• May have contact with incarcerated individuals
