Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This role offers a clear structure for licensed counselors who prefer a predictable schedule. You'll work with clients managing a range of mental health concerns, helping them build practical coping strategies and long-term progress plans through consistent virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead scheduled counseling sessions via telehealth platform
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate interventions
• Track and document session outcomes
• Maintain compliance with clinical and legal standards
• Provide guidance and feedback tailored to each client
• Collaborate with care teams when necessary

Requirements

• Active LPCC license in Ohio
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
