Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 annually + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
This role focuses on providing one-on-one counseling through a secure telehealth platform. You'll support clients dealing with emotional and behavioral concerns by offering practical strategies and consistent follow-up care. The position is designed for clinicians who value routine, stability, and a clear daily workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions via video conferencing
• Identify client goals and track measurable progress
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with clinical standards
• Respond to client needs with appropriate therapeutic approaches
• Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are required
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards at all times

Requirements

• Active LPCC license in Ohio
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
