Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Health and Life Insurance Agent, based in West Palm Beach, FL, with some remote work flexibility. The agent will be responsible for providing personalized consultations to clients, evaluating their insurance needs, and recommending health and life insurance plans that meet their goals. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with claims, maintaining ongoing relationships, and staying informed about changes in state insurance regulations to provide accurate advice and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales.
• Understanding of finance concepts, particularly in relation to insurance products
• Strong Customer Service skills to build long-lasting relationships and address client needs
• Familiarity with Health, Life, and other insurance coverage and regulations
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Active Florida Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to leverage technology for virtual consultations
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
