Information specific to this position:
INTERNAL ONLY: Only current Poudre School District employees will be considered for this position; please do not apply if you are not eligible.


This position will be 50% Dean and 50% Counselor to make a full time (100%) position.


Percentage: 100% (50% Secondary Dean, 50% Counselor)


Work calendar days: 188


Duration of position: Ongoing


Pay for this position is determined by the Licensed Educator Salary Schedule based on years of experience and education
. Range for position is $58,000 - $89,278 annually (based on a 100% assignment starting August 6th, 2025).


*These pay rates are based on the 2025-26 school year rates and will be updated when approved during the negotiations process for the 2026-27 school year*


This is a probationary position. However, PSD employees currently under a licensed contract may apply for this position if selected, will retain contract status.

  • Pay range listed above is for employees newly hired to PSD (existing employees please refer to the pay range on the appropriate salary schedule). PSD engages in a salary placement process vs. a salary negotiation process.
