Behavior Technician | Special Education and Autism Support
$23.50 - $31 per hour (based on experience), plus performance-based bonuses and sign-on bonus

Hello ABA is a dynamic, family-oriented ABA therapy practice dedicated to providing the gold standard of care for children with autism in home and special education settings. We're seeking passionate Behavior Technicians (aiming for RBT certification) to join our close-knit team. Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician
Provide direct 1:1 ABA support to children with autism in home settings, incorporating special education principles to build essential skills
Teach daily living, social, communication, and adaptive skills using evidence-based ABA techniques
Collect accurate session data and contribute to personalized behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Collaborate with supervising BCBA, families, and team members to implement customized interventions that align with special education goals
Participate in ongoing trainings and supervision to grow your skills in ABA and special education support
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Passionate, compassionate, and eager to work with children with autism and in special education settings
Prior experience in childcare, special education, or with children with disabilities is a big plus
Must complete our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance (required for in-home sessions)
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
RBT certification (preferred, but we fully support you in obtaining it!)
