Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid | Sacramento/Elk Grove Area

We manage:

• Authorizations & credentialing
• Assessment purchases & materials
• Staffing & scheduling coordination
• Administrative operations

Clinical Structure

This role is intentionally designed to be streamlined and manageable, allowing BCBAs to focus on quality care.

BCBAs on our team primarily work within:

• 97151 (Assessment)
• 97155 (Protocol Modification)
• 97156 (Caregiver Training)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical direction to BTs/RBTs
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct regular caregiver training and support
• Monitor client progress through data analysis
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress and clinical need

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Completion of BACB 8-hour supervision training (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical judgment and ABA knowledge
• Ability to maintain consistent overlaps and caregiver collaboration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Compassionate, client-centered approach

Work Model
