Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA team dedicated to supporting children and their families. In this role, you will work with children ages 2–10 in their homes and community environments, helping them build essential developmental milestones through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs.

You will play a key role in empowering children to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while partnering closely with families to create meaningful, lasting progress in everyday life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact where it matters most—at home and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in home and community settings.
  • Support children in reaching developmental milestones, including communication, play, social interaction, and independence.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress to guide treatment decisions.
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, feeding, dressing, and hygiene, with a focus on increasing independence.
  • Use evidence-based ABA strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive, functional skills.
  • Engage children in naturalistic teaching opportunities within their home and community environments.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers, providing support, guidance, and consistency across daily routines.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during all sessions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date.
  • Experience working with young children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental delays, preferred.
  • Understanding of ABA principles, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Patient, reliable, and adaptable in a home-based work environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in early intervention, special education, or childcare is a plus (training provided).
  • Must be able to actively engage with children (sitting on the floor, playing, moving, etc.) for extended periods.

Why Join Us?
Join a team that values family-centered care and meaningful progress. You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while helping children achieve important developmental milestones in the environments where they live and thrive. We are committed to supporting our staff through training, mentorship, and ongoing development as you help make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
