Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our team. This role involves providing direct ABA services and supporting clinical programming under the supervision of a BCBA.

The BCaBA will work closely with clients, caregivers, and RBTs to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans and meaningful progress across settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting assessments and skill-based evaluations under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
• Provide direct therapy, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and social skills training
• Support the BCBA in monitoring client progress and program effectiveness
• Collect, record, and graph data accurately to guide clinical decisions
• Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as assigned
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members (e.g., speech and occupational therapists)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
• Follow all Medicaid and insurance compliance guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods
• Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow clinical guidance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
