Position Overview
OPA Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our in-office clinical team in Orlando, FL. This position focuses on in-person psychological assessment and testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is passionate about diagnostic clarification, comprehensive evaluations, and collaborative treatment planning in a team-based outpatient setting.
Supervisory experience is highly desirable, as this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position that will include supervising Post-Doctoral Fellows as the psychological testing department expands.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for children, adolescents, and adults
- Perform specialized psychological testing including emotional and personality assessments, psychoeducational evaluations, vocational rehabilitation evaluations, veteran disability assessments, neuropsychological screening, Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations (ADOS-2), and pre-surgical psychological assessments for bariatric procedures and pain management devices
- Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed, accurate psychological evaluation reports
- Provide diagnostic feedback and clinical recommendations to clients, families, and referring providers
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Provide clinical guidance and supervision as needed
- Supervise Post-Doctoral Fellows as the department expands
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution
- Active Florida Psychologist license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in psychological testing and evaluation
- Experience assessing children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Strong report-writing, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with ADOS-2 and pre-surgical evaluations strongly preferred
