Job Description

We are looking for dedicated, passionate, and driven professionals to join our Missouri City Program! Essential Speech and ABA Therapy Missouri City is an early childhood private therapy program for young children with Autism where we offer Speech, ABA, and Occupational Therapy all under one roof! The team is very hard-working and close knit and we look forward to bringing in a new RBT to our therapy family!

We are looking for an individual who is currently a Registered Behavior Technician! Must have experience or knowledge of using procedures to conduct one-on-one therapy with children with Autism under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Children in our program enjoy fun activities like songs and circle time, sensory table activities, arts and crafts, outdoor games, and more!

-Knowledge of Autism and interest in furthering skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to take direction and work on a team

-Ability to learn quickly and implement new skills

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting
-Collect and record data on client behavior
-Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families
-Assist BCBAs with parent trainings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
