Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Professional Counselor at Go Glo Therapy LLC. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, with the option for remote work. The Counselor will provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, conduct intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records. The role also involves offering culturally competent counseling services and supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent certification
• Experience in delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Proficiency in creating and implementing treatment plans and conducting intake assessments
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Commitment to culturally informed and inclusive practices, especially in supporting LGBTQIA and diverse populations
• ATR or ATR-BC
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Ability to manage a hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote responsibilities
