Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. RBTs work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans that support meaningful skill development and behavior reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs as written by the BCBA
  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in a clinic-based setting
  • Collect accurate and timely data during therapy sessions
  • Maintain professional and positive interactions with clients, families, and team members
  • Follow all ethical, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
  • Assist with transitions, daily routines, and play-based learning activities
  • Communicate progress, concerns, and observations to the supervising BCBA

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided if applicable)
  • Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to engage in active play and meet the physical demands of the role (sitting, standing, lifting, movement)
