Job Summary
  • The Tree Care Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a commercial tree business.
  • Sell Tree Services in order to improve site conditions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication, fostering strong relationships, and conducting regular site visits.
  • Schedule work and write work orders.
  • Work closely with the Business Developer to deliver seamless post-project follow-up and guarantee all deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Submit final paperwork to account for billing and collection.
  • Demonstrate exemplary ethics and integrity while fostering a positive Company culture that prioritizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

  • SA Certified Arborist, preferred.
  • Analytical skills and basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills (listening, oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills – able to build solid business relationships.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.

Physical Demands/Requirements:

  • Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer
  • Ability to physically perform the basic life operational functions of walking, standing, and kneeling.
  • Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur.

Work Environment:

  • Works in an indoor and outdoor work environment.
