Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – In-Clinic ABA Services

Rising Spurs is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy for a client in Arlington, TX 76010, and the surrounding areas. We are looking for dependable professionals who are committed to supporting children with autism through evidence-based intervention.

Position Details

• Service Area: Afternoon Part-Time (In-Home)
• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, availability between 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Accurately record session data and complete daily documentation
• Prepare materials and activities for sessions
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate on goals
• Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and trainings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• RBT certification (preferred; training support available)
• Reliable transportation for in-home and clinic-based services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in working with children with developmental differences

Compensation & Work Environment

• Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
