    • Oversee implementation of ABA-based strategies across classroom and school settings
    • Provide direct behavioral support, consultation, and coaching to teachers and paraprofessionals
    • Collect, analyze, and use behavioral data to drive decision-making and measure outcomes

    • Support crisis prevention and intervention in alignment with the school's PBIS framework
    • Train and supervise RBTs and behavioral support staff as applicable
    • Maintain accurate documentation including FBAs, BIPs, progress notes, and data summaries
    • Partner with families to extend behavioral strategies to the home environment
    • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide PBIS initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required)

✔ Maryland licensure as a behavior analyst (LCBA) or eligibility to obtain (required)

✔ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field

✔ 2–5 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism, emotional disabilities, or related needs

✔ Strong experience conducting FBAs and developing and implementing BIPs

✔ Knowledge of PBIS, trauma-informed care, and school-based behavioral support

✔ Experience training and coaching paraprofessionals or RBTs preferred

✔ Excellent data collection, analysis, and documentation skills

✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams

✔ Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

    • Competitive salary commensurate with experience

    • Ongoing professional development in trauma-informed care, PBIS, brain-based learning, and more
    • Collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment where your expertise is valued
    • Supervision opportunities for candidates pursuing BCBA certification
    • Meaningful work — your behavioral expertise directly shapes student outcomes every day
