Behavior Technician (ABA)

* Up to $650 SIGNING BONUS:

$100 bonus for Spanish Speaking

$100 friend referral

$ 150 CDM Loyalty pay after 6 months, 150 after 9 months, and 150 after 12 months of successful completion of employment.

* All other Bonuses will be paid after 90 day probationary period.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS IN, Oxnard and Simi Valley and surrounding areas.*

*Behavior Technicians MUST HAVE AFTERNOON and EVENING AVAILABILITY ( between the hours of 3-8 p.m.)

pay rate $21-26/hr

Behavior Tech Job Description:

-Implement ABA interventions and procedures

-Working 1:1 with children in their home/community

-Complete daily data/progress notes on tablet provided by employer

-Ensure parental participation during sessions

-Able to learn from constructive criticism

-Render appointments in a timely manner

Requirements:

-Must have ABA / BEHAVIORAL THERAPY EXPERIENCE

-Prefer a Bachelors degree in psychology, education, child development, communication, or related field

-Valid California drivers license

-Valid auto Insurance

-Department of Justice and FBI fingerprint clearance

-TB test clearance
