About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and supervision to our Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) care team. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and trauma-informed care delivery while supporting staff development and program success.
This is a hybrid, field-based position ideal for someone passionate about working with high-need populations, including justice-involved youth, and driving meaningful community impact.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Supervision & Leadership
Provide individual and group supervision to Care Managers, CHWs, and Peer Support Specialists
Review and co-sign assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation
Ensure adherence to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
Lead case consultations, team meetings, and critical incident debriefs
Support staff development through training and coaching
Program Oversight (ECM & CS)
Ensure compliance with CalAIM, Medi-Cal, IEHP, and Molina requirements
Monitor program outcomes, quality metrics, and service delivery
Serve as clinical liaison during audits and quality reviews
Collaborate with hospitals, SNFs, and community partners for care coordination
Direct Clinical Work (Reduced Caseload)
Manage a small caseload (up to 10 high-acuity members)
Conduct assessments, care planning, and crisis intervention
Provide field-based support in community settings
Crisis Response & Compliance
Support staff with crisis situations and safety planning
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to reporting requirements (CPS, APS, 5150)
Administrative Responsibilities
Participate in leadership meetings and program development
Support policy development, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Active California LCSW license (required)
Minimum 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience (or strong readiness)
Experience with Medi-Cal, CalAIM, ECM, or behavioral health populations
Knowledge of trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based practices
Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to pass background check (DOJ/FBI clearance)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IEHP, Molina, or Medi-Cal managed care plans
Background working with justice-involved youth or TAY populations
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Training in TF-CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based models
Experience providing BBS-approved supervision hours
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $72,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
