Revive Health Therapy (RHT) is a private practice that focuses on work with all individuals from children, teens, and families, to individuals and couples. We foster an inviting, warm, and whole-hearted experience that motivates and inspires not only our clients but our team of clinicians as well. We are a small and cooperative group who provide individualized therapeutic services in a safe and non-judgmental setting using a lens of cultural awareness and humility.

Each clinician in our practice is highly motivated, possesses initiative, and maintains a high-performance standard. Clinicians are responsible for growing their caseload – through referrals provided to them by RHT and by networking and marketing themselves. Clinicians are expected to be organized, professional in communication and representation, and be efficient with time management.

Clinicians receive free marketing support, office space, and supervision, and we give priority to applicants who are bringing an existing caseload.

Average compensation for this role is approximately $60/hour.

Please note: For this position, candidates must have completed an approved EMDR training program.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and prepare treatment plans that are clinically appropriate for the client(s).
• Provide 45-50 min individual, family or couples therapy in-person or virtually.
• Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients.
• Involve, support, and advise family members when appropriate.
• Monitor the client(s) progress and make adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Complete proper clinical documentation and billing within 24 hours of completing a session.
• Provide a super bill to the client(s) if requested.
• Clinicians will set their rate with each client
• Participate and engage in group clinical supervision and if needed, individual supervision (mandatory for first three months)
• Minimum caseload of 15 clients per week

Associate Clinician Requirements/Qualifications

• Active CA BBS AMFT/ACSW/APCC registration number
• Stay current with any CA BBS requirements as an AMFT/ACSW/APCC
• Must have and be able to provide an AMFT number
• Masters degree is required in counseling or a related field
• Not work at any other private practice while employed with RHT
• Organized, professional in communication and representation, and efficient with time management.
• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy.
• Highly motivated and possesses initiative.

All Clinicians are required to have (at their own expense):

• An electronic device to provide Telehealth appointments and complete documentation (smart phone, tablet, PC, or laptop)
• Comprehensive malpractice insurance

RHT provides:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60.00 per hour
