Location: Sylvan Hills (Atlanta area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00–4:00; no evenings or weekends)
Population: Early childhood (2–5), classroom-based/inclusion model
Structure: On-site BCBA with RBT support, strong collaboration with teaching staff
Focus: Communication, regulation, independence, and school readiness within natural environments
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of BCBA experience
- Strong experience working with early learners (ages 2-5)
- Experience in clinic or classroom-based settings
- Experience designing treatment goals based on child development and developmental milestones
- Expertise in the implementation and oversight of comprehensive and focused ABA programming
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
- Experience providing services in naturalistic and/or classroom-based environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary, classroom-based settings
- Can operate independently with minimal oversight
- Are collaborative and comfortable working within a school-based team
