About All Around ABA:

At All Around ABA, we provide in-home ABA therapy as well as services in daycares, community settings, and schools. Our mission is to deliver meaningful, one-on-one therapy that helps children reach their full potential.

Position Overview:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)with All Around ABA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy. This is a rewarding role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work on children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate data during sessions
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills

Requirements

• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license preferred
• Bilingual a plus (not required)
• Professional, dependable, and passionate about working with children
