The Missing Piece is a small BCBA owned company that serves children in the clinical setting in Auburn and Kendallville. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team.

This position will be hybrid and will support ongoing supervision and training for student analysts. This position will over see a small caseload of clients with the assistance of an in-person student. The BCBA would be required to be in person one day per month at minimum.

Duties:
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of behavioral therapists and technicians
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with special needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and goals
- Train and mentor staff on evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology, applied behavior analysis)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Experience in data collection and analysis to inform treatment decisions
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field of special education and developmental disabilities

-Must have the ability to practice in the state of Indiana
