Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will lead behavioral therapy interventions and assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for clients by designing personalized treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). As a BCBA, you will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that promotes meaningful progress and independence.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and facilitate consistent intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal standards
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients to establish baseline behaviors and develop initial treatment goals

Requirements

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and patient assessment procedures
  • Ability to perform patient care activities with sensitivity and professionalism in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in psychology, education, special education, or a related field is preferred
