Apartment Community Support Specialist

Valhalla Management is seeking a dependable and motivated Apartment Community Support Technician to join our team in Bonner Springs/Lenexa, KANSAS. This is a hands-on role that supports the overall appearance, operations, and resident experience of the community.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in their work, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Starting pay: $18.00-20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance tasks is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• Someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean and welcoming
• A team player who is flexible and willing to help wherever needed
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks such as:
• Filing, organizing paperwork, and general office support
• Leasing apartments
• Qualifing applicants
• Posting Rent
• Answering the phone & emails
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including:
• Picking up trash and debris from grounds
• Curb appeal and pulling weeds, general grounds upkeep and appearance
• Prepare apartments for new residents:
• Cleaning vacant units (make-readies)
• Light painting
• Ensuring units meet Valhalla standards
• Other basic, non-technical maintenance duties
