We are looking for someone to join our Front Office Team!

As a member of this team, your top priority is ensuring that patients have a great experience whether they are in person or being assisted over the phone. As our patients' first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of Chen Dental, providing exceptional customer service and patient support. We’ll rely on you to listen to our patients and use your real passion for customer service to meet their needs. Patient Experience is your number one whether that is on the phone, greeting patients with a smile or showing them around our office. You will be going above and beyond for our patients to make them feel at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Communication via phone, email or text
Scheduling Appointments
Greeting Patients
Giving Tour of our Office
Checking out Patients
Entering and reporting statistics of your department
Following Verbiage assigned by Chen Dental
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
