We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team.Position OverviewThe Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across our Sagamore and Norton locations. This role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight to ensure consistency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.You will support and develop BCBAs, provide structure to the clinical team, and partner with leadership to ensure strong staffing, performance, and client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTsSupport BCBAs in caseload management, clinical decision making, and problem solvingOversee staffing needs, scheduling alignment, and team coverageConduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coachingEnsure consistency in clinical standards, supervision, and documentationMonitor key performance indicators related to clinical quality and team performanceSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staffPartner with leadership on operational and clinical strategyAssist in managing escalations with families or staff when neededMaintain a reduced caseload as appropriateWhat This Role Is and Is Not A true leadership role with influence over clinical quality and team development A balance of clinical involvement and administrative responsibility An opportunity to build structure and improve systems Not purely administrative with no clinical connection Not a corporate middle management role removed from care Not a role without accountability or ownershipQualificationsBCBA certification requiredOhio COBA certification requiredMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field3–7+ years of experience as a BCBAPrior experience mentoring or leading clinical staff preferredStrong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practicesAbility to lead, communicate, and hold others accountableStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $100,000 – $125,000 based on experiencePaid time off and holidaysContinuing education and professional development supportLeadership development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative and mission-driven environmentWho This Role Is Ideal ForA BCBA ready to step into leadership and support other cliniciansSomeone who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and building team cultureA professional who values structure, accountability, and high standardsSomeone looking to grow into a long-term leadership positionPeak Potential Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.If you are looking to take the next step in your career and have a meaningful impact on both clients and the clinical team, we would love to connect.Apply today!
