Who We Are: The Children's Home mission is to partner with children, families, and communities throughout New York State to inspire hope, develop skills and cultivate healthy relationships for positive futures.   $65,000 - $75,000 annually$5,000 Sign on bonus for FTLCSW - $72,000-75,000All other licenses - $65,000-72,000Limited Permit - $61,000-65,000  Position Summary: The Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to serve children between the ages of 10-21 years old with mental health needs. This youth focused and family driven approach empowers children/youth to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide treatments to the child and their family/caregivers to address the clinical needs of the child and the complex needs of the family unit.
