Overview
Join our dynamic mental health team as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Duties
- Conduct thorough intake assessments utilizing CANS/ANSA to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide targeted case management and skills training services to youth and adults.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health episodes effectively while ensuring client safety and stability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts, including medical documentation, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management.
- Provide psychosocial rehabilitation services, medication training support as needed.
- Complete documentation, including progress notes within 24 hours of service.
- Provide services during flexible hours, which may include evenings or weekends.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with coursework equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, counseling, sociology, rehabilitaion, special education, early childhood education, human growth and development, or related behavioral fields as defined 412.316(d) OR
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Texas
- Familiarity with crisis management techniques and crisis intervention protocols
- Strong understanding of Texas Administrative Code TAC related to Targeted Case Management TMC, experience with HIPAA regulations ensures confidentiality and compliance

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
