Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

MSI is a pediatric facility in Ocala. We strive to provide the best level of care; that is why we have teamed up with amazing BCBA's to help us do that. We are here to support families in our community with their therapy needs. We are actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high quality, outcome-driven ABA therapy. We have immediate openings.

Job description:

• Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors
• Work in collaboration with other team members to support each child’s success
• Provide treatment in home, and/or school settings
• Provide one to one direct services to children and their families
• Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions
• Maintain client clinical session notes

This is what we need:

• ABA experience
• Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
• Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
