Balanced Wellbeing, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization providing psychiatric and counseling services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. Led by Dr. Parikshit Deshmukh, we focus on compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting provider growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 base salary
• Up to $20,000 quarterly bonus potential

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/ALF settings
• Conduct assessments and support care planning
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers
• Maintain compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida LMHC or LMFT license
• Eligible for Level II background screening
• Strong communication and independent work ethic
• Team-oriented, patient-focused mindset

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, daytime hours
• No nights, weekends, or formal on-call
• On-site (non-remote)
