Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team committed to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism and ADHD.
This role will be In Person on an Hourly Basis. We are looking for highly trained and experienced BCBAs with several years of experience with 8-13 year olds and offer COMPETITIVE pay, commensurate with experience.
In this vital role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will guide families, caregivers, and team members to foster meaningful progress through data-driven strategies and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Lead and supervise behavioral therapy sessions with children and individuals with disabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and ensure consistency across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff on behavioral interventions and data collection methods.
- Ensure patient safety during all activities by following established protocols for patient assessment and care.
Experience
- Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis principles, and special education strategies.
- Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in behavioral health or related fields.
