Hybrid - Telehealth Psychiatrist

We are seeking a psychiatrist to join a progressive, our state of the art outpatient and telehealth network. While our organization operates multiple clinical facilities across the region, this position is strictly anchored at one clinic of your choice . We focus on integrating advanced interventional modalities with traditional psychiatric care, providing our clinical team with the resources to utilize evidence based treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Spravato alongside robust telehealth services.

Schedule and Autonomy We prioritize physician retention and sustainable practice models. This role operates on a highly flexible hybrid schedule, seamlessly blending in clinic outpatient care with comprehensive telehealth services. This structure is specifically designed to ensure a definitive work life balance. There are zero on call requirements associated with this position. Your clinical hours are structured to maximize patient care while protecting your personal time.

Clinical Scope of Practice

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage medication protocols for an adult patient population via outpatient clinic and telehealth platforms.
• Provide interventional psychiatric treatments, specifically Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Esketamine or Ketamine therapies.
• Function as the primary clinical leader on site, providing direct supervision and clinical mentorship to our Advanced Practice Providers.
• Work within a multidisciplinary framework, collaborating with psychotherapists and clinical support staff to ensure holistic patient care.
• Utilize integrated clinical technology, including modern electronic medical records and secure telehealth platforms.

Required Credentials

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
• Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency program.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Valid Drug Enforcement Administration registration.
• Clinical interest or direct experience in interventional psychiatry.

Compensation and Benefits Structure

• Base compensation range of $250,000 to $300,000 annually, tailored to experience and licensure.
