Join Our Caring Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Roswell Clinic

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism? We’re seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our collaborative team at our Roswell clinic. Work hands-on with children ages 2 to 12 years old, alongside a supportive group of BCBAs, Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs).

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with ASD
• Collaborate closely with fellow RBTs and interdisciplinary professionals
• Participate in ongoing monthly trainings and weekly team meetings for continuous growth
• Provide services primarily at the clinic, with occasional opportunities for in-home or school visits

Schedule & Availability:

• Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Part-time options: Afternoons 1 PM – 5 PM (please specify if interested in part-time evening shifts when applying)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Enthusiasm for team collaboration and learning in a supportive environment
• Commitment to professional development and high-quality care
