-Responsible for any tasks given to you by the physician, returning patient calls before the end of the day, relaying patient messages to physician, scheduling procedures for patients and providing lab orders, exams or prescriptions for patients. Responsible for getting authorization for procedures and medications from insurance companies.
-Must have medical office experience, bilingual, good customer service skills, work as a team player, multi-task, work efficiently and thoroughly.
