Pay: $85,000-$112,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of ABA services, focusing on enhancing clients' cognitive, social, and self-help skills.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans to ensure client goals are achieved.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and junior BCBAs.
  • Ensure all clinical services comply with BACB standards and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary service providers to deliver holistic care.
  • Support ongoing staff development through effective feedback, hands-on training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with clinic oversight and contribute to program development and continuous improvement initiatives.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); 5+ years preferred.
  • BCBA certification in good standing; eligibility or current status for LBA certification.
  • Supervisor status recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Demonstrated experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential across diverse settings.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience providing ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities within a clinical environment.
  • Prior involvement in program development or practice improvements.
  • Commitment to collaboration and adaptability in a dynamic team.
  • Active pursuit of continuing education (CEUs) and clinical best practices.
