About Us:
Advanta Autism Care LLC is a Denver-based ABA therapy practice founded in 2024 with a mission to deliver personalized, evidence-based care to individuals with autism and their families. Led by our founder and CEO, we've built a close-knit team of BCBAs and RBTs who are passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for every client we serve.

As an RBT at Advanta, you won't be on your own — you'll receive direct clinical supervision from our BCBAs, participate in monthly all-team huddles, and be part of a supportive culture that invests in your growth. We're a technology-forward practice (CentralReach, dedicated scheduling, streamlined billing) so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.

We're growing fast and looking for motivated, compassionate RBTs who want to build their careers with a practice that's built to scale. If you love working with kids and families and want a team that genuinely has your back — we'd love to meet you.
