About the Role:

Join ADVANTA AUTISM CARE LLC as a Registered Behavior Technician in Denver, CO, where you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with autism. We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to help implement personalized treatment plans and make a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistency in care.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Provide support and guidance to families on behavioral interventions and strategies.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Compassionate demeanor and a genuine passion for helping others.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
Must pass background checks and maintain compliance with state regulations.
