We’re hiring a full-time BCBA to join Upwards ABA as a long-term clinical team member. We currently have a strong pipeline of client demand and meaningful opportunity for the right BCBA to build an ongoing caseload. This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking a stable long-term opportunity with hybrid flexibility, practical case assignment, and room to grow with the company over time.

This position is best suited for a BCBA who values strong clinical care, accountability, responsive leadership, and the quality of a lower-bureaucracy, clinician-supportive environment.

Compensation

$85,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience, availability, and overall fit

What You’ll Do

Oversee care for assigned clients across your designated service area
Supervise and support RBTs
Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
Review progress and adjust programming as needed
Complete required documentation in a timely manner
Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage assigned cases with consistency and professionalism
