Our team provides on-site individual therapy across adult day care facilities throughout New Jersey, meeting patients where they are.Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individual therapy services to adult patients at our partner facility locations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual therapy sessions to adults in an outpatient/community-based settingConduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with psychiatry providers and care team members on patient progressCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and facility staff in both English and SpanishAdhere to ethical and professional standards set by the NJ State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy ExaminersRequirementsActive Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license in the state of New JerseyFluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — requiredStrong clinical assessment and therapeutic skillsAbility to work independently across multiple facility locationsReliable transportation to travel to facility sitesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with geriatric or adult populationsFamiliarity with adult day care or community mental health settingsExperience with telehealth platformsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationFlexible schedulingSupportive clinical team with psychiatry on-site at partner locationsOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in underserved communitiesRoom for growth within an expanding organizationPowered by JazzHR
