Neurodiversity Affirming BCBA

We're looking for a passionate, neurodiversity-affirming BCBA to help us build something new.

Green Family Therapies is a quickly expanding, family-centered Speech and Occupational Therapy practice based in La Verne. We're launching a new ABA program rooted in the same values that center holistic care, child-led connections, and family-centered decision making. We're looking for a Lead BCBA who's ready to help us build it from the ground up.

What You'll Do

As our Lead BCBA, you'll be shaping something new. You'll be given real autonomy with a supportive and collaborative team behind you. Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with GFT leadership to develop, implement, and grow a neurodiversity-affirming ABA program serving families across the San Gabriel Valley.
• Building the systems, processes, and structures needed to launch and scale including eventual hiring and supervision of ABA staff.
• Collaborate closely with our clinical team of SLPs and OTs.
• Support program credentialing with insurance providers and stay current on policies and regulations.
• Participate in monthly clinical team meetings focused on program development, staff support, and continuous improvement.

You'll Be a Great Fit If

• You have a genuine, evident passion for supporting neurodiverse children and their families.
• You hold an active BACB certification and a Master's degree from an accredited university. → You have at least 5 years of BCBA supervisory experience, and you want to lead.
• You're comfortable providing direct services while also supervising technicians.
• You're a strong problem-solver who can hold the big picture without losing track of the details.
• You're excited by the idea of building something from scratch.
