ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Behavior Technician at KindPath, you’ll provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs in the home setting. This is a great fit for someone who is passionate about working with children and ready to build a meaningful career in the ABA field — with a team that’s invested in your growth from day one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans with care and consistency
• Collect accurate session data to track progress
• Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living
• Maintain compassionate, professional communication with families
• Attend supervision sessions and team meetings as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• RBT certification preferred — or willingness to obtain within 60 days (we’ll support you)
• Experience working with children; ABA experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication and time management skills

Cancellations outside your control won’t count against you. Client-initiated no-shows and cancellations are reviewed separately when determining your tier.
