Behavior Technician (BT)/ Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings (as assigned).
• Collect accurate and objective data during sessions using the designated system (e.g., CentralReach).
• Complete session notes/SOAP notes within required timeframes.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and crisis procedures.
• Maintain professional boundaries and relationships with clients and families.
• Attend required supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, concerns, and incidents.
• Follow clinic policies, BACB Ethics Code (if credentialed), and applicable laws.

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
