- Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Deliver 1:1 therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings (as assigned).
- Collect accurate and objective data during sessions using the designated system (e.g., CentralReach).
- Complete session notes/SOAP notes within required timeframes.
- Follow all safety, emergency, and crisis procedures.
- Maintain professional boundaries and relationships with clients and families.
- Attend required supervision, team meetings, and trainings.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding client progress, concerns, and incidents.
- Follow clinic policies, BACB Ethics Code (if credentialed), and applicable laws.
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
