We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join a collaborative behavioral health team. This hybrid role offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient care in a supportive environment.

• Provide mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
• Spanish language required
• Active Medicaid & Medicare enrollment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
