We are looking for a doctoral level clinician (PSYPACT eligible) interested in challenging diagnostic work. CBH (Correctional Behavioral Health) is looking for a licensed clinician to provide videoconferencing services to individuals detained in various county jails. In addition to diagnostic differentiation and clarification, clinicians have the opportunity to provide brief supportive counseling and psychoeducation to an underserved population.
Clinicians will be expected to work on an integrated team with nursing, custody staff and psychiatric medication prescribers in order to best serve this population and support the mission of the detention center. Supervision provided if needed and collegial and very experienced staff to offer support.
We are looking for someone who may be interested in taking on a management and partnership role in the company as well. Management and partnership duties would include quality assurance (reviewing clinical work of employees and communicating with jails about quality of services), overall staff support, and maintaining functioning and growth of overall company. Traveling to jails between 2-4 days per month would be expected of this position.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
