BCBA – Flexible / Remote / Part-Time Opportunity

KB Little Star is a growing ABA company dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality services to children and families. We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as we expand and complete the credentialing process with major insurance providers.

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company early and help shape clinical services and culture.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train RBTs (as cases begin)
• Provide parent/caregiver training
• Assist with clinical documentation needed for insurance credentialing
• Collaborate with leadership to build strong clinical systems

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Florida licensure
• Experience working with children with autism preferred

Compensation

$60 – $80+ per hour (based on experience and role)
