Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress during therapy sessions.
• Assist clients with daily living skills and help improve social interactions.
• Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere for clients and their families.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and certification).
• Paid Initial ABA training and support with becoming RBT certified through the BACB to help you obtain your RBT certification (for those applying as Behavior Technicians).

Job Details:

• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: 2-4 hour shifts, Monday to Friday (No weekends, weekends as needed)
• Location: On the road (varies by client locations)

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year in behavioral health or related field (preferred).
• License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (Required).
