Position Overview
We are seeking an associate-level clinician to join our team for a remote role offering telehealth sessions. This position is ideal for a motivated associate who thrives in a supportive practice setting and appreciates flexibility and administrative support.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $35.00 per hour for direct therapy; $16.90 per hour for non-clinical work
- Caseload: Approximately 20 clients per week with flexibility
- Schedule: Flexible — set your own hours within your availability
- Location: Work from anywhere
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, child, and group therapy under clinical supervision
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with supervisor and team on client care and case consultations
- Participate in regular supervision meetings and team communication
- Uphold HIPAA and ethical standards in all client interactions and documentation
- Keep availability calendar updated for accurate scheduling
- Utilize administrative support for scheduling, referrals, and client coordination
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field
- Active registration as an AMFT, APCC, or ACSW with the California BBS
- Good understanding of relational trauma, antagonistic relational stress, narcissistic abuse, covert manipulation, emotional abuse, domestic violence
- Strong interest in working with clients experiencing relational trauma
- Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to seeing clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant technology for telehealth
- Experience or training in trauma, emotional abuse, attachment wounds, and/or complex relational patterns is preferred.
