We are currently seeking an empathetic and experienced Psychologist clinical supervisor to join our team. As a valued member of our clinic, you will provide clinical supervision to associates at various stages of licensure. This is a contract (1099) position focused on delivering high-quality supervision to a caseload of up to six (6) associates. .Your expertise and care will help make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

This is an independent contractor position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly clinical supervision (individual and/or group) to up to 6 associates (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, etc.)
• Ensure supervisees meet clinical, ethical, and legal standards
• Review case documentation and support treatment planning
• Maintain accurate supervision records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support professional development and clinical skill-building

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist license (California)
• Must be credentialed with Medi-Cal and major insurance panels
• Approved clinical supervisor (per California BBS requirements, if applicable)
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and documentation standards
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Compensation Details:

• $125–$150 per hour depending on supervisory and clinical experience
• Flexible schedule within the 10–15 hour/week range
