Bailey’s Counseling Service, PC is a mental health group in Raleigh, NC. We are a new growing group in the area providing both in person and virtual mental health services.

We are looking for a culturally responsive, well respected, independently licensed therapist with diverse life experiences that have extensively practiced brief evidenced based therapies and use objective measurement tools with teens and adults. Experience with GAD7, PHQ9, and other assessment tools is a plus.

This is a part-time contractual position requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled virtual and in-person visits for patients with anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions, including but not limited to stress, relationships, and health concerns. Ability to develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships. Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment. Provide culturally competent services based on the clients needs. Ability to develop and execute treatment plans based on evidence based practices.

Requirements:

Must hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in the mental health field. Must be licensed as an associate to practice in the state of NC.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
